Chai season is upon us! Partner Chelsea is a graduate from Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley where she perfected her chai recipe and honed her skills in baking and pastry. Her brother Joshua is a coffee industry veteran and true outdoorsman. Together, their combination of talents and interests makes them a dream team when it comes to growing, producing and preparing sustainable and quality foods.
Onsite, you’ll find a shop with teas, spices, gourmet goods, and knickknacks. Through December, stop by after work for Soup Thursdays when Chelsea’s homemade chicken tortilla, clam chowder, chicken noodle and others will be paired with a side salad and dessert. Enjoy on the winterized patio or order to-go for a cozy meal at home.
Their website features public and private cooking classes (think handmade pasta, fall pies and all things apple), and other items for sale.
North Fork Chai is open Tuesday through Sunday, 8am to 1pm. On Thursdays in November only, open 5 to 7pm.
