South Placer County was once covered in olive orchards and Felipe and Lisa Ternero are honored to help bring the industry back to the region. A producer of award-winning olive oils, soaps and skincare, Ternero Farms is one of the only bottlers that grows its own fruit, a nod to the quality that is at the forefront of the family business.

In addition to orchards in Estepa, Spain, and managing over 100 acres of olive orchards from Newcastle to Granite Bay, the Terneros farm an experimental ten acreorchard in Lincoln that seeks to capitalize on the region’s climate and topography to grow several different varieties, such as frantoio, leccino, picual, taggiasca, arbequina, mission, kalamata, coratina and press fresh oil every season.
