Learn to make a charcuterie board that is sure to take your date night to the next level or inspire your girlfriends for your Galentine’s Day celebration! \nJoin Chelsea Farrah\, owner of one of Sacramento’s premiere charcuterie companies\, The Dancer’s Pantry as she guides you through the process of building and styling a charcuterie board that is as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to eat! \nIn this class the theme of “LOVE” and “Valentine’s Day” will be incorporated into the styling and presentation techniques. \nClass is roughly 90 minutes long\, and includes tips and tricks to take a charcuterie board to the next level\, as well as basic knife skills\, food styling\, and cheese knowledge. Take a completed charcuterie board home with you after class to share with someone you love (or keep it all for yourself!) \n*All food\, utensils\, charcuterie boards\, and to-go wrapping will be supplied for each student. \nTickets are $85 per person or $80 per person for Inner Circle Club members.
